PSA for teachers:

bitter-and-blonde:

stop telling ur neurodivergent students to take off their hoods and stop telling them to make eye contact. stop penalizing students who doodle in their notebooks. stop punishing disabled students for having coping mechanisms. stop second guessing any student who asks you for accommodations.
